22 February 2019: The meeting on 20 February was a success. James Freeman of First Bus West of England entertained us with a witty and informative
address and took many questions from the floor. It was agreed that we should meet again before June to complete some of the group's formalities.

The Bath Bus Users Group exists to encourage and promote the
provision and use of good bus services in the Bath area. We will do
this by |
- arranging public meetings where bus service operators and users can express their views,
- providing channels of communication between operators, transport planners and users,
- encouraging Good Practice by bus operators,
- providing resources for local campaigns of bus users for better services,
- membership of the Bus Users UK organisation and access to its resources.
Interested members of the public, other groups of residents, transport specialists and bus operators are encouraged to join the Bath Bus Users Group and will have access to newsletters and the ability to join in shaping our activities.
